Chestnut Roll for Christmas Eve

"A Yule log is a large and extremely hard log which is burned in the hearth as a part of traditional Yule or Christmas celebrations in several European cultures. The expression Yule log has also come to refer to log-shaped Christmas cakes, also known as chocolate logs or Bûche de Noël."

I didn't make a Yule log but I made a chestnut roll in the shape of a yule log. Chestnut is very seasonal this time of the year. The shape of the cake resemble yule log. Here is my version. I ordered the chestnut puree online and it is unsweetened. I am very happy with the taste.
